The interview had multiple stages. Initial phone screening was okay. The technical interview was tough. You need to know the concepts for good! There were three people at the technical interview.
The hiring process begins with a Human Resources phone interview that includes position-specific questions. This is followed by two separate managerial interviews focusing on general and technical topics. These interviews also assess behavioral competencies such as teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Two step interview process, First round is Behavioural , where you record answers for pre-prepared questions 2. Technical discussion, where you discuss ask/answer questions from hiring manager and maybe tech leads
