1. The First round was an HR call, very good experience, the HR is pretty friendly, and I can just be myself and won't need to worry about anything. 2. For the second round, this is mixed with Management and Tech in one round. I had 2 interviewers in total for this round. Both are very professional, wise and friendly. Made me feel it would be great to work with them. 3. About 1 to 2 days later, HR called again to ask if I would be happy if they make an offer for me. I said, definitely, this is my favourite job among other offers. They provided an offer pretty quickly in about 2 days' time and I signed the contract, also rejected the other 2 offers from other companies. Working at Ericsson feels really meaningful, though very busy in my role, managing about 20 people directly, but I felt like I gained 1.5 years of experience in a year's time compared to working elsewhere.
