I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few days later asking for my availability. I clearly listed out my days and availability in PST. Two days later I received a calendar invite in GMT outside of my availability. I emailed back right away to let them know it was outside of my availability asked if perhaps it was maybe a mistake? The call date and time rolls by and I never got a response or a phone call. This just shows that:
1. They do not respect your time. Why ask for my availability if you were going to schedule a call outside of my availability?
2. Poor lack communication and lack of professionalism.
Glad I dodged a bullet here.
