Interview
Very casual—the manager showed me around until the owner arrived, then they asked about my previous work experience. They asked me some common interview questions about how I responded to previous work scenarios, and had me try a quick improv to sell a pen to them (I was a pen salesman in the improv, LOL). They wanted to see if I could think on my feet and act.
