It was a one hour long meeting with the principle, design director, senior designer and HR person. I reviewed my portfolio and then they asked me about my education, relevant experience, design process, and what appealed to me about working for this particular firm. They asked me to talk about which projects I had worked on that excited me and why they were meaningful to me.
