Know your basic interview questions.
There were three sets of two interviewers that ask detailed questions that require thought to answer. After those interview questions you have to meet with the director and go through more questions.

I interviewed for 2 positions with the same manager. I felt the process was very quick however, I did have an inside contact that I felt made the process much easier.
