I applied through a job posting online. They called me within the day of my online application, for a job interview. I was intially interviewed by the intern HR, then by the HR manager, and was given an examination, it is mostly basic accounting. After the exam i was interviewed by the Accounting Manager and she told me i passed the examination. Then after that i was interviewed by the three executives, the CFO, COO, and the CEO. After a week the HR called me and offer me the job.
