I applied online. I interviewed at Essense Of Australia (Lenexa, KS) in July 2016
Interview
There were several stages to the process, which included an initial phone screening followed by an in-person with a couple of different kinds of testings, and a second round interview where you spoke with a panel of people as well as tested on a couple of more advanced topics. The common theme was that they were looking for the right candidate and weren't interested in rushing through the process, but allowing themselves time to locate a great fit.

Question 1
What would you need from us to feel successful and as if choosing to come to work for us was the right choice?
30 minute impersonal phone screening. Aka when you ask questions regarding the role, they tell you to ask the hiring manager and they have no idea. Seems like they should at least be somewhat knowledgeable of the position and company they are hiring for. A week later they’ll send a generic rejection letter. Based on these reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet anyway.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Essense Of Australia (Lenexa, KS) in Apr 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview and then two sets of onsite interviews. They have lots of assessment testing that must be completed. I was ghosted and never contacted with an answer despite two follow-up emails and one voicemail. I think this is a great company but I was upset regarding the lack of response after having so many interviews.
