Essex Bank interview questions

I was called by the Branch Officer who asked me what I thought the job would be like and we set up a time for an in-person interview. The Assistant Branch Officer and the Retail Sales and Service Manager interviewed me as a team for the in-person interview. About two days after that I was called for a phone interview by HR which was very similar in content to my in-person interview.
