Interviewed on location with hiring team
Second interview soldering testing with disgruntled employee advising me they had a mass layoff in Jan 2025 new management laid off all the good employees and kept the bad ones. I finished the soldering testing cut short by employee saying to the hiring team they can put me on the the floor to start work right now positive I thought I had the job. Never got a call for offer or reject ghosted

30 min on microsoft teams with vice president of engineering and the engineer that would supervise interns. They were very nice and asked pretty standard and easy questions, nothing super technical.
Panel interview not very professional unorganized questions were no relavent questions to the position. Salary requirement question waste of time low paying sweat Shop working Environment not requiring more than a year of experience. Dead End Job
