The most unprofessional interview I've ever had! No parking spaces as said in email, I had to park quite a way away. I was waiting in a unmanned reception for over 25 minutes after my due interview time. I was collected eventually. I was asked 6 competency based questions. Most of the time one of the ladies was sat giggling at what I was saying, this made me feel really uncomfortable, I just wanted to go by then. One of the ladies said that she had not even read my CV, why she is in recruiting goodness knows! They may think that I did not interview well, but given this interview I would not like to work there. I did have a positive view of Essex Police, not now.
