An overall waste of my time. HR presented 2 questionnaires plus 1 assignment (split in a 4 week period), mentioned that this was a necessary requirement to pass to the 1:1 interview. After submitting the assignment, I had radio silence from HR for 2 weeks. I emailed them on week 3 and they just replied that the position was "pend for some time".
