I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Estech (Plano, TX) in May 2012
Interview
Spoke to the VP of Engineering ( at the time .) Pleasant man on the phone, not so much in person. Offered me less than what I asked for, which the promise of being to my number within a year. When in reality he didn't have the authority to promise that. If the job wasn't convenient for me, this would have turned me off from the in person interview. Interview consisted of 3 in person interviews and a test. Asked me a bunch of technical questions, having nothing to do with the position I was interested in. Had to take a personality test just to be considered for higher. This test ( I found out after the fact ) has everything to do with there you get hired or not. Only the CEO can overwrite this test.

Question 1
They asked me to write a function to print out the Fibonacci sequence. A mathematical equation no one ever needs in real life.
