The interview consisted of talking about my work history and walking around the production area observing workers to get a taste of what I would be doing if hired. If you have a stable work history and are a generally likable person who doesn’t complain about hard work you will probably get the job if you let them know you want it. The interview may have lasted around 20 minutes, you will mostly be walking and talking. I got a call back and an offer within two weeks if I remeber correctly. I may have called them back after two weeks to see if the position was still open and let them know I still wanted the job and then got an offer, but it was years ago.
