It is not an easy position to get, several interviews and presentations to get approved, the process took me almost 3 months from my first interview to begin training.

Doing a complete design presentation when unfamiliar with the design center was the most challenging part, but they were helpful
It is thorough and you need to complete a design assignment. If you know what you are doing, it’s very fun. It took over a month to get hired, so be patient.

It took a while to get the final confirmation of being hired. First interview leads to a second work session interview. Extra effort is likely to secure your spot in the company.
fairly easy. Completed first round. designers are expected to meet monthly goal of selling $60k - if selling cap not met (ex. you only sell $50K) the extra amount (ex. $10k not met) will carry on to the next month. met with two managers, both whom were professional and friendly.
