Interview
I was first called for a phone interview with two people. After passing the screen, I was then called in a couple days later for a in person interview. I met with several of the staff, hiring manager, and HR. The interview was lengthy but I guess necessary to determine if I was the best fit for the job.
The interview was not that complicated. Basic standard questions, about your resume and experience related. They will also ask situational questions so come prepared. Make sure to answer in STAR format (google it).

Interview process is longer than most companies. On boarding can be a little lengthy while also being pretty disorganized as well. Other than that great company to work for and would recommend.
