This interviewing process is a joke. They really try to make it seem like this is a big time job when you barely have to have graduated high school to get an F&I job. There's a total of five interviews and I made it through three of them thinking I had the job for sure. Well after almost six months of dealing with these people I nagged and nagged until they just told me no. It didn't seem like they had their act together and to be honest, if you want an F&I job, just go to your local dealership and apply. There's no reason so be placed in by a 3rd party company that may put you who knows where. Don't deal with these people.

1st Interview - Traditional interview style. Really trying to get to know you as a person and what motivates you. They will ask about your personal history, role models in your life, etc. They really are just trying to see if you fit the personality and drive needed for this position. 2nd interview - If you make it past the 1st, they will assign a reading ( A message to Garica) and some SMART goals (long and short term). They will ask you your interpretation of the reading and how you think it is relevant to the position you're applying to. They will also go through all of your goals and see how Ethos Group can help you achieve them. 3rd interview - This one is with the dealership they think you will be a good fit with. If you have made it this far, it is likely you will get the job. This interview is more of a meet and greet and see if you fit with the company culture. Interview Timeline - 1st Interview Oct. 5, 2nd Interview Oct. 26th, 3rd Interview Nov. 2nd
