Process: Applied online, followed by an HR screen, two rounds with the Head of Product (one behavioural, one in-person product sense), and a take-home written brief.
Feedback: After completing the take-home brief, which was requested with no deadline following what I was told was a great interview, I received no response. No rejection, no feedback, no update. A month later I received an automated candidate survey. No personalised communication of any kind to close the loop. You would think that after investing hours interviewing a company they could at least afford you a courteous rejection email.
