Implementation Manager GRANTS - I interviewed for a position supporting Euna Solutions’ new grant software. During the interview, the recruiter shared that the role would focus on supporting the launch and ongoing management of the platform—helping clients onboard and navigate the new system. When I asked how client queue management would work as the client base grew, they explained that incoming client requests would be handled through a call/support queue structure, with each manager managing a queue to ensure coverage and timely responses as volume increased. Also during the interview, I was told they were looking for someone more junior, and my base salary of $85,000 was mentioned in that context. That was confusing because the job posting stated a salary range that appeared to start above that amount. After completing the assessment and receiving my scores, I was later informed I would not be moving forward. When I asked for feedback, I was told the decision was based on my assessment scores. Overall, the interview conversation was straightforward and very positive, but the leveling/salary alignment (compared with the posting) and the limited feedback after the assessment made the process feel unclear. Advice to candidates: Ask early about leveling/seniority expectations, how compensation aligns with the posted range, and how assessment results are evaluated.
