Terrible communication between myself and the woman in charge of recruiting. It took 2 weeks to set up an interview and they had confirmed they had received my application. After the first interview, a further 2 weeks passed without any communication (despite being told I would hear back within 5 days). A second interview was set up 3 weeks after the second interview, where it was essentially the exact same questions and set up as the first, except with another team member present. After this final interview I heard nothing back from any member of staff, despite checking in with them twice. Overall, a waste of time and effort. Very rude and unprofessional of them to not even provide a courtesy email explaining that they would not be continuing with my application.
