HR screening, line manager, written test, department manager and then offer, the first 3 steps are pretty quick(about a week for each) but the final decision takes about a month and half

Interview
2 step process, first with the head of business development and then with senior research leads in the office.
Business development interview focused on pitch analysis, and experience in account management/ customer facing roles.
The interview with research was focused on global views on geopolitics.
