I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Eurest (Delta, PA) in Aug 2016
Interview
My interview went well. Very knowledgeable and friendly interviewer. I do not know yet if I was hired but the gentleman was very personable and took his time to answer any questions I had and to show me around. I will be disappointed to not be able to work under such a good leader.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eurest (Bentonville, AR) in June 2018
Interview
Applied online and got a call the next day. Set up a phone interview. After that a face to face interview. Than a day with the executive chef where I did a kitchen skills written test and had to write a sample menu Got a job offer 2 weeks later after 2 background checks. Extensive for just a grill cook position, but they said they wanted to be sure since I was “over qualified”.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you said something to a former boss that you regret.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eurest (Hagerstown, MD) in Apr 2014
Interview
I came in and the manager was analyzing me like I was a mental patient, trying to gauge my personality and if I made eye contact. There was also a lot of talk about whether I would be accepted by a lady who had been there her whole life since she terrorized everyone new. He made it quite clear it's about customer service first and foremost. We sat at a table in the cafeteria and he explained his degrees and years of experience in the kitchen, not really a whole lot about the company itself. He was friendly at the time, and offered better compensation than what I was doing at the time.
