First interview with the local, Croatian team went great and I could say they were in a hurry to fill in the position. However, after that the interview process was escalated to the group level and was taking forever, after 3 rounds of interviews spanning several months, I gave up and accepted an offer from another firm (even though Eurizon was my first choice)
