Don’t waste your time with them! I’ve applied for a Data Entry role in which I have previous experience. As everybody knows a data entry role is not rocket science it’s just a repetitive task which you can learn in a very short time. I was called in for an assessment, which contained the same questions as the assignment I previously completed online plus a bunch of repetitive questions. After this they called me in again for a full voluntary day. The purpose of this day was to test my skills and fit me into a position. A few hours in the day I was randomly kicked out by the security guy! He asked me to follow him, escorted me to the locker room and told me that I will be contacted later that week. This happened before I got the opportunity to do anything by myself and to get my skills tested. I never felt so humiliated before. They never even called me to this day. I don’t need an explanation but at least they should have kept their promise and call.
