Interview
The interview process was a bit lengthy, but it is because management wants to make sure they find the right candidates the first time around. I had three interviews with three different departments, as well as took a design skills test, Excel skills test and standard personality test. After my third and final interview, I received a job offer the following week. From the start of the interview process to receiving an offer was about two weeks.

Interview
1.) Phone Screening aka first phone interview with HR manager 2.) Online XQ test (aka personality assessment 3.) Phone Interview #2 with Customer Service Manager 4.) Invitation to interview in person. The assessment was 1 hour and the phone interviews were about an 1 hour each; so that was 3 hours of my time unpaid but thus is job hunting. It appeared that they may have had some problems amongst staff because most of the questions centered around getting along with co-workers. This was so odd that I asked had they had issues with employee retention, which is not something I usually ask right away; but the questions were so unusual that I wanted to know what I may be getting in to.
