The interview process is the following: - A call with the Lead of the department talking about your experience with software programming, strengths and weaknesses. Then, a take-home task is given, in my case, it was to develop an application using .NET. I was given unlimited time and freedom to finish with the development. - After having finished with my project, we sat with the Lead of the department once again, and I walk them through my project. - After one or two days, I was given green light to and a job/intern offer was sent to me.
