I was interviewed by a talent acquisition manager, as well as a laboratory manager. The interview was mostly behavioral and values based, and took about two hours between the two interviews.

Interview
The phone interview was relatively quick. There was an in-person interview initially followed by an orientation where you were given a tour of everything. The interviewers are usually whom your direct reports will be. The ones I had were very friendly and amicable and willing to answer any questions I had about the department.

They cared a lot about ethics, so prepare for a lot of the "Name a time when..." or "How do you feel when..." Then a few technical questions. All in all, it's about 50:50 personal:professional.
