Phone screen then 30 minute to 1 hour interview with two people. Phone screen ask basic questions to get to know you. 1 hour interview is virtual. Very smooth and easy process.
Seems like the interview is not that much difficult. Mostly about yourself ( I am freshly graduate student with no experience prior). It was like friendly conversation for 30 min.

Fair and concise. Be able to hold a reasonable conversation about the relevant scientific principles and seem eager to learn. If I remember correctly it was a HR screen followed by a virtual team interview.
