Hiring Manager fielded most of the questions while team leaders observed. Questions range from laboratory work/habits to ethics. The team leaders want to understand your thought process, and ask situation based questions to accomplish that. Overall, my experience with this interview was positive. I reached the final round of interviews, but have yet to hear from them about their decision.

It was a simple n easy process, phone call with recruiter and then 60 min meeting with hiring manager. I received offer in 2 weeks after call with hiring manger

Interview
As soon as I begun to answer the questions I could tell that I would not be getting any follow up interviews from them. Many of the questions asked were not about my experience and or skills that I carry but rather about behavioral situations. Ironically the position I applied for is meant to be a lab research position where I run assays.
