They reached out through email, asking for times/dates you are available. They will ask for three references that they will proactively reach out to and confirm. There is an initial phone screening interview where they ask questions about your qualifications and details about the role. If they like how it went, you will go through a second in-person interview where they go into more depth and ask more about your resume

Interview
About 30-40 minutes long took a few days before contacted for a on the spot interview. The interview was mostly behavioral questions and scenario questions. Then you have a few technical questions about the role. Then you get shown around the lab.
