I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eurofins (Lancaster, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The most unprofessional interview I ever had. The hiring manager emailed me a day after I applied online and scheduled a phone interview but he never called. I reached out to him if he still wants to talk, he gave me new time and when he called he said he only has 10 minutes and barely responded to my questions. It also took over a month to schedule onsite interview. They promised to get back to me in a week and they never did. Seems like very unorganized management, they can barely arrange interviews and fail to present themselves in a professional manner, a real red flag to me.

I applied online. I interviewed at Eurofins (Portage, MI) in Jan 2026
Interview
Had an initial screen with a recruiter for a Senior Scientist role that I applied for. A few minutes into the call they let me know that it was for a Junior Scientist role. They let me know the compensation for the junior role (was high school job level pay) and asked if I was interested. The recruiter told me that the company "has bills to pay" when trying to explain the low compensation... Based on my experience and background I thought it was a lowball offer, so I withdrew. I've seen a lot of reviews about low compensation/little growth from workers at this company, so I'd be well aware of that when taking an interview.

Question 1
Asked, "Tell be about yourself" 10 seconds into the call.
I received 2 rounds of interview. 1st round is a phone interview, which is from HR. The 2nd round is zoom interview, which is technique interview from Hiring manager(group leader and manager)
There is an initial phone screening that is very typical. The onsite interview was less than an hour. They asked typical questions plus a couple of technical questions. Process was pleasant.
