Eurofins Project Management Assistant interview questions

I did a phone screening with the recruiter, very easy going and relaxed. Was told I’d hear back in “a week or two” if they were to offer a second interview. It’s been over 3 weeks since the initial screening and I have not heard back, it’s so disappointing that companies are still treating people like this!! At least have the decency to reply to follow ups or notify the candidate.
