Recruiter pre-screening round felt more focused on hands-on Marketo/tool usage rather than product strategy or thinking.
I was interrupted mid-answer, including when using “we” instead of “I”, which limited context-setting.
There was little exploration of how I approach prioritisation, ownership, or product decision-making.
Overall, it felt more like a tool proficiency screen than an assessment of Product Management capability. I dont think this is the right approach to hire a product manager.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Euromonitor in July 2025
Interview
Horrible. This company glorifies recruiter ghosting people.
first interview was scheduled then two hours before the call asked to reschedule. then the recruiter didn't show up at all without notifying. sent an email to this company's leadership and got no response; I guess this is how it works there
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Euromonitor (Vilnius) in Oct 2019
Interview
First interview was over the phone, thewe were two company reps on the call. It started with open ended invitation to do "elevator pitch" about myself. Then some follow up question related to my pas work experience and current employer. Overall, it was friendly and professional. It closed with home assignment, that was rather complex, with a lot of input data. In addition, I had to complete excel test (timed).
