There are 4 rounds to the interview. 1st: Phone interview 2nd: 1 hour computer test (written analysis, calculation questions involving conversions, per capita and a personality test) 3rd: Interview with 2 researchers with a small case study where interviewers approach you with a hypothetical situation and ask how are you able to find out the market size for the soft drink industry. Be prepared for followup questions to your answers. Make sure you know/understand the research methodology 4th and final interview: Again 2 interviewers. a short 10 minutes test on your calculation and conversion skills. The interviewers will go through your answers and you will have to explain how you came to that answer. Following that a short case study on time management and how you plan your day.
