      Sales Manager Interview

      15 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Berlin
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Euronet (Berlin) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Erneut ließ man mich warten.

      Sales Manager Interview

      21 July 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lucerne
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Euronet (Lucerne) in July 2021

      Interview

Recruiter reached out to me for this role. Set up a date and time a week in advance. She called and asked me if there will be any interruptions during the call and she was just making sure. She was not really prepared to talk about the role in specific. When asked if she could tell me a little bit more it, she said well you basically need to go out on the field and ask restaurant owners and at the mall, kiosk etc if you can install an ATM and not be afraid to "take a measuring tape in your hands" and also take care of the bureaucratic work in order to get permissions etc which can be very dreading at times. She was really focused on cold calling. When asked what key skills she was looking for in an ideal sales manager she said that is familiar with cold calling and that she "doesnt want a PRINCESS or someone that only talks without any action". Very unprofessional. Asked me about salary expectations, which I did not want to enclose in the first phone call. kept pushing and when asked what the budget was afterwards, she just said "well you are somewhere in there"???? I was of the impression that she was recruiting me for this role and not the other way around, so she could give me more information about the company and make the role and company more interesting for me. Honestly after she said she wasnt looking for a windbag or princess (in german she used the term "Labertasche oder Prinzessin, die sich für irgendwas zu schade ist und meint alles besser zu können") I lost interest during the call. Who uses terms like this during a professional interview for a position that you are recruiting someone for? Euronet you should find recruiters that can project enthusiasm for the company and role to people. Instead of someone that reads out the description to someone.

      Sales Manager Interview

      22 June 2020
      Anonymous employee
      Berlin
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Euronet (Berlin) in Feb 2018

      Interview
