Majority of the posts is taken by trainees which is embarassing for those who have more than 10 years in a specific topic and then discover that the job was offered to a trainee with 1-2 years of experience... This has happened to me already six times! Check on who is who website, who they recruited at the end and you will be surprised by non transprency of the recruitment process.
