I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at European Wax Center (Phoenix, AZ) in July 2012
Interview
Applied online, then called the location to ask to set up an interview. They were friendly and set me up with a Saturday morning interview, which consisted of a one on one with the manager. She was very professional, outlined the companies basic overlay and described what she was looking for in a prospective hire. Gave me the opportunity to explain previous job experience and resume history, as well as the opportunity to ask any questions I might have. I called Monday, left a message, and was later contacted for a second interview set up for Wednesday (today). The second interview was very brief, covering what we had discussed previously, and she asked me if I was comfortable reading from a script, and asked me a few more times whether I had any questions I wanted to ask. I felt she had thoroughly explained everything and thanked her for the opportunity. I will know by Friday whether or not I am hired, however, I felt as I was leaving that she seemed dissatisfied or otherwise engaged in thought, so I'm not sure. Overall a professional and friendly interview.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at European Wax Center
Interview
It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
