Varies depending on the franchise. Great conversation and general interview questions. Was asked about selling packages and my work experience. Overall, easy interview. Be ready to advocate for yourself if you don't have sales experience.
Had a zoom interview then an in person interview with the owners. They make you do math on the spot and the in person interview lasted an hour. Pretty pointless honestly.

Interview
The interview process consisted of a 30 minute phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were great, with the store owner conducting the phone interview and the store manager conducting the in-person interview.

Interview
The first part of process includes a phone call from one of the managers. Once I met the requirements, I was given a chance at an in person interview. I met with the manager and was asked a series of common interview questions. Overall a great representation of the company.
