Multiple steps with different rounds of interviews. Different managers and groups. Since it was a customer facing role, my earlier experience was given more weightage. References were contacted and asked detailed questions .
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eurostep (Stockholm, Stockholm) in June 2013
Interview
I applied in LinkedIn. At first there was a general interview, where the interviewer talked about Eurostep and asked me to introduce myself. Then I had a technical interview. After that i met the team manager for a final conversation.
