Average interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Eurowings Digital in May 2025
Interview
It was pretty smooth. It had 4 stages. HR interview(45 mins), Codility test(130 mins), Technical + Peer & Culture Interview(75 mins), then the Final Interview(60 mins). The interviewers made it a really comfortable space and had open conversations. The third stage also had a live coding session of a similar problem as the Codility challenge.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Handling Conflicts in a team
-Agile practices followed
-Receiving and giving feedbacks
Applied on the company's career website. Recruiter reached out to me in 3 weeks I applied. The process was very smooth and fast: 1. Call with recruiter, 30 min (behavioural questions) 2. Codility (2 tasks, 100 min) for basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and React 3. Live coding, tech expertise discussion, 75min (again basic questions about CSS, JS, event loop) 4. EM+HR, 60 min (culture fit, behavioural). All steps took me ~1 week. Before each step I got a short feedback and thorough description what is expecting me next.

Interview
The interview process is divided into 4 parts and they are quite quick with it. They just do not exactly give you enough information on what it entails. They also do not say upfront that DSAs are a big part of the interview.
First stage is discussions with a Tech recruiter
Second stage is a codility assessment split into 3 parts - An algorithm challenge (Easy), Spot the bug in an algorithm preventing it from passing some test cases, Build a mini Vue application with certain requirements. The time given is quite fair for the assessments .
After these you get invited to a discussion with two engineers. The recruiter doesn’t exactly tell you what the second stage is so you’re not sure how to prepare but they ask you about your experience and then the algorithm test submission, They then give you a similar simple algorithm and you have to live code and explain your reasonings - they are quite helpful and would help you spot errors and then they ask you some behavioral questions. Finally, you can ask questions and talk about other things after.
Finally a call with HR and your team lead.
Then an offer or a rejection :)
