They'll ask a few questions, it isnt hard to pass if you have some mental health knowledge or have worked in the field. They are pretty desperate for employees so willing to hire most people

It was during Covid so it was all online. Took like three interviews via phone and virtual. Quite a bit of work actually. I would say it was way more grueling than the job would require. They should also mention the family point system that they base their school and discipline on.
