The interview process was not smooth. I was asked 4+ pages worth of questions and then told I would hear something next week. I sent an email thanking them for the interview. After 1 1/2 weeks of waiting, I emailed and called regarding the position. Another 4 days went by and I emailed again, no response. A after 2 1/2 weeks, I received a formal letter telling me that there were other more qualified applicants. That's fine, but what happened to communication. I also recently heard that a consumer of theirs has gone through 5 managers in 4 months, sounds like they need some structure. Good luck!!
