      Interview

Technical or Skill-Based Interview: For technical roles (such as software development or client support), expect questions that assess your technical expertise, including coding challenges or scenario-based problem solving. Behavioral Interview: You might be asked questions related to teamwork, leadership, and handling various work situations, to gauge your soft skills and how you fit with the company culture. Final Interview/Offer: A final stage may involve meeting with higher-ups or team members for a more in-depth discussion about your role, the company, and its future direction.
