Firstly, there is HR interview. They ask details about your previous jobs that you have listed in your CV and at the end you are asked about your preferred salary.

Interview
Interview was very pleasant. It consists of 3 parts. The first one was with managing director about my professional experience. The second one was with senior colleague from company and he asked me questions from my educational background. The final part was with CEO in which we agreed salary details.
