1. Code Challenge: Where they give you a challenge which takes less than 3 days and more than 1 day.
2. Technical Interview: Usually 1-2 days after they accept the code challenge
3. Culture Fit Interview: Immediately / based on the availability of the senior engineers.

Question 1
Based on the stack mostly related to Node.js and React.
Postgres and Material related.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EverReal (Munich, Bavaria) in May 2021
Interview
First I had an interview with the HR. We discussed about my skills, my and their expectations and then they sent me a case to solve. After I sent them the solution their response was fast and I had the chance to present it to CTO and CEO. After two interviews with each of them, I got the offer and started working.

Interview
The first part was an HR interview, followed by a take home challenge to create a game. After that, there were calls with the CTO, and a cultural fit call with a future co-worker.
