Experience started off okay, but quickly went downhill as it's obvious they cannot manage their clients. First round the screener was late. Moved to a second round video panel interview and no one showed. The hiring manager cancelled last minute and Apex did not tell me; I had to reach out to them. I've never experienced such a thing. Unprofessional and poor treatment of a candidates time. What's worse is Apex tried to normalize the experience.
The recruiter needs to learn that experienced workers can see through that sort of misdirection. This is a typical third-party recruitment vendor that does not care about the candidate. Avoid at all costs.
