Interview lead (director) was unorganized. He wanted me to present first but the presentation was supposed to be last. He also printed the wrong set of interview questions and had to reprint which took 5-10 minutes from the interview.

The process was great, I met with a panel of folks who interviewed me. Once that panel ended and liked what I brought to the table, I met with the VP of the college and had a follow up interview.
