he interview process was structured and professional. It started with an initial screening call where I was asked about my background and motivation for applying. Then I had a technical/competency interview focused on my skills and experience, followed by a second-round interview with the hiring manager to assess cultural fit and role-specific knowledge. Finally, I was informed about the next steps and timeline for feedback, which made the process clear and transparent

Processus en deux phases : un premier call avec les RH, suivi d’un entretien en ligne pour la Sales Excellence Academy. L’entretien s’est révélé assez exigeant, avec de nombreuses questions, parfois personnelles, et un niveau de difficulté relativement élevé, ce qui demandait une réelle capacité de réflexion et de justification des réponses.

it was very interesting, not your typical interview. they want to see the way you rationalise things and might give u math exercices. the process has 3 steps , HR intreview, onsite interview with technical person, third interview with manager
