Interview process was very smooth and professional. The interviews happened quickly; at the same time, they gave me enough time to prepare. The recruiter gave clear upfront information on the interviewer and the area of the interview, allowing me to prepare for the same. The interviewers themselves were very professional, and well prepared. The questions were relevant to my job role. Overall I loved the interview.

What were the failures you encounter in your carrier and what would you do differently, if you have to. Questions on developing the team and performance management. Most challenging situation you have faced in your carrier (technical or management).

Interview
Recruiter approached me through Linkedin. Initial conversation was professional. Screening was setup accordingly. A Kid with a flashy title was in charge of the screening, and I realized quickly they are not really serious about hiring a senior manager but they were more looking for a junior IC level or a junior manager with IC level duties. It was evident they are not interested in having someone resolve complex architectural problem. Their focus was on having a Senior manager to write program to reverse a linked list. I declined to proceed further after the first screening
