Eversound interview questions

Several phone calls and a video call with CEO. Very straightforward with what the next steps of the process would be. This is a very caring group of people and they take it very seriously that you share their values of wanting to better the senior living community.

I first met with the person who would be my direct supervisor over a Zoom call. I then was interviewed by another manager within the same team a few days later over Zoom. After I had done well with these two, the next week I was then asked to interview with the CRO. All were thirty minutes of "getting to know you" questions followed by scenario questions. The finally part of the interview process was a 40 minute presentation on scenarios, my thought processes, and why I was a great fit.
